Cancel an order

If you bought a piece through our online checkout, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods or your written purchase details, whichever is later (longer periods apply to senior citizens, persons with disabilities and new immigrants). Read the full terms in Terms & Conditions. Pieces made to your specifications are covered by the exception described there.

Send your cancellation by any of these routes. Please include your full name, ID number, order number and the item you are cancelling.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method used, less any cancellation fee permitted by law (up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower; none if you cancel because of a defect, a mismatch with the description or late delivery). If you cancel without a defect or mismatch, you bear the cost of returning the item.
